El Dorado Bass
We are a local club based in El Dorado County, California and in 2008 we will be meeting on the last Tuesday of each month in Cameron Park at the Round Table Pizza on Coach Lane. At meetings we share fishing strategies, latest techniques, present awards to tournament winners and occasionally include a guest speaker. Our club is all about fishing, friendship and good sportsmanship, making tournaments and meetings a enjoyable experience for all. In 2008 we will hold 12 scheduled tournaments from January through October with a Tournament of Champions in November. Every December we celebrate by having a family Holiday party which includes great food, drinks and gifts, and presentation of awards for "Angler of the Year", "TOC Winner" and a professional portrait for the angler with the "Biggest Fish". El Dorado Bass is a "team-draw" club, matching different boaters and non-boaters for each tournament. We fish just about every body of water that holds bass in our area including Camanche, Delta, Folsom, New Hogan, Oroville, Pardee and Union Valley. The 12 tournaments also include two 2-day events at Clear Lake and a 2-day event on the Delta. During the summer we host a Family Fish & Picnic" at Lake Pardee and a "Night Turkey Shoot" at Lake Amador.
